Description: This photo was taken in Antiranana, Madagascar in June 2008 at the annual meeting of the Madagascar International Cooperative Biodiversity Groups (ICBG). The site overlooks Diego Suarez bay and the rock formation in the distance was named "Windsor Castle" by British troops during the Battle of Madagascar in WWII. The Madagascar ICBG has carried out marine collections in Diego Suarez bay for its biodiscovery (or drug and agrochemical discovery) research program.
