Description: This photograph was taken in 2005 at the site of the future Uganda Baylor College of Medicine-Bristol-Myers Squibb-Texas Children's Hospital-Children's Clinical Centre of Excellence in Kampala, Uganda.  The photo has been a favorite because of the child’s beauty as well as the look of happy surprise on her face.  Mothers and babies are now receiving life saving care and treatment services at this site.
