Project Description

Drug-resistant tuberculosis is a major health concern which requires updated and improved diagnostic tools to inform individualized and standardized treatment protocols. There is a particular need for tests that can provide rapid results in high-throughput laboratories. This project will provide such tools in the form of microvolume, arrayed tests based on growth detection by means of standard methods and fluorescent probes.
