Project Description
Existing mHealth smoking cessation interventions require substantial cultural adaptations to be optimally effective in China and Vietnam, two countries with disproportionate high tobacco burden. This project aims to fill this gap by developing and evaluating evidence-based, culturally appropriate mHealth interventions for smoking cessation in these two countries. If scaled to population level, these interventions have the potential to help millions of smokers to quit smoking in China and Vietnam.
